The desk reads everything sent to [email protected]. Corrections come first: if a bonus has been retired, a cashier window has slipped or a licence number no longer matches the regulator's register, tell us and the affected review is re-checked ahead of anything else on the list.
A useful report names the brand, gives the date, and carries a screenshot of the cashier page or the terms in question. Those three things let a reviewer repeat your experience the same afternoon. Reports without them tend to sit in the queue while we write back asking for detail.
Readers weighing up two brands are welcome to ask which figures separate them. We will walk through the scoring sheet and show where each number came from. What we will not do is recommend a stake, give tax or legal advice, or tell anyone that a particular site is due for a win.
Account problems belong with the operator's own complaints process first. If that goes nowhere, the licensing body named in the brand's review takes it further, and we are happy to point you at the right form.
